frequency The Snowboarder's Journal began publishing in January of 2001. Today, frequency TSJ publishes four journals year-round from Mt. Baker, WA. We also produce DVD's, artist series shirts, and special events. frequency TSJ remain committed to being snowboarding's true voice and its premier media product.
