Website

Chris is a California native and grew up on the central coast surfing and skateboarding. In the late 80s he learned how to snowboard and in the mid 90s he pursued a career as a pro rider. Chris currently lives in the foothills of Lake Tahoe with his beautiful wife and two great kids.

In the year 2000 Chris discovered the splitboard and in 2004 he founded splitboard.com to bring awareness to the sport of splitboarding, unite splitboarders around the world, promote product developemnt, and and to educate and inspire it's readers. When he's not working on the site Chris can be found in the backcountry on his splitboard shreding the rad.

Chris is stoked to be part of the Frequency brotherhood and looks forward to sharing his stories and trip reports with it's readers!
